Rudy Giuliani made a gruesome appearance on ABC News yesterday (full interview) talking about the Obama administration's efforts to defend the country. The former mayor of New York stated "We had no domestic attacks under Bush, we've had one under Obama." Now we thought he had forgotten about 9/11 and anthrax and the shoe bomber all together, a common mistake of course. Later that day CNN was smart enough to ask him about the comment and Giuliani added "I do remember September 11."

I heard about Bon Iver (check out his song Flume) in December of 2008. Today, almost a year later I notice a tweet: Radio Milwaukee has the complete performance at the Riverside Theater in Milwaukee online. This acoustic session was recored on October 11th, 2009. I am sold. "I am my mothers only one..." Chills. Hooked! 'Bon Iver' Justin has a Twitter account by the way: @Justin_Bonhiver.

Don't turn to me for the inside scoop on the NFL season. I love football but am forced to watch pirated Russian streams myself if I want to catch any at all. Talking about catches: you know it's going to be a good season if #5 in the NFL's top 5 catches of week 2 is a triple (!!!) covered TD pass. Just saying. Be sure to check the league standings if you want to know who's on top. Go Packers! Go Pats! Go Vikings! Yeah, true fan people.

For new commercials promoting the sale of NFL tickets Phantom HD digital cameras are used. Those things shoot a staggering thousand frames per second and create high-resolution, slow-motion video that is 10 times as slow as any slo-mo video shot bij NFL Films, the league's video unit.
And we're back, Creativity-Online.com has the vid online. The New York Times wrote an article on the campaign worth an estimated $150 to $200 million.

At the end of 2008 Bill O'Reilly spend his 'Culture Warriors' segment on the city of Amsterdam, stating that the capitol of The Netherlands is "full of undesireables". Two Fox News 'analysts' went on to say people in Amsterdam spend their time "teaching children to have safe sex and smoke grass". Since this is not true it's rather sad that a lot of American people don't see the real Amsterdam. No, we do not have commercialized torture (as pictured in 2005's Hostel) and contrary to popular believe we do not smoke weed all day. Just find out how friendly and safe Amsterdam is: TheTruthAboutAmsterdam.com is inviting you to come over.

Gatorade launched Gatorade G2 back in 2007 but as a part of their massive 2009 rebranding regular Gatorade is now called G2 and the 'Quest for G' commercials are out their again. A parody of Monthy Python and the Holy Grail we see Boston Celtics' Kevin Garnett as King Arthur and his men in a silly dance-off. Another campaign raises the question 'What is G?' and features Serena Williams among others. Gatorade smartly combined their website MissionG.com with their YouTube-account 'whatsg' to drive traffic to their own platform. After the click several of the commercials.
